Notice of Your Financial Privacy Rights
We, our, and us , when used in this notice, mean Chino Commercial Bank, N.A.
This is our privacy notice for our customers. When we use the words “you” and “your” we mean the following types of customers:
  • Our consumer customers who have a continuing relationship by purchasing or holding financial products or services such as a(n):

We will promptly investigate your inquiry and update or correct any erroneous information.

Internet e-mail is not secure. When sending an e-mail to us, do not provide sensitive or confidential information (for example, your account number or social security number). We may provide links to other Web sites that are not controlled by Chino Commercial Bank. If you choose to link to Web sites that are not controlled by Chino Commercial Bank, we are not responsible for the privacy or security of these sites. You are encouraged to review the Web site’s privacy policy before providing any personal information. In addition, Chino Commercial Bank does not guarantee the products, information or recommendations provided by these sites.

Notice of Material Changes

Chino Commercial Bank will notify website users of any material changes made to the Bank's Privacy Policy by posting a notice on the the website. Please review any changes to the policy.

Information About Our Privacy Policy

This disclosure is available in our business locations and will be provided to you annually as long as you maintain an ongoing relationship with us. The examples contained within this policy are illustrations and they are not intended to be exclusive. We reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time. We will notify you if we do so.

If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, we will continue to adhere to the privacy policies and practices described in this notice.
